The incumbent will implement company policies and promote the company's philosophy, while instilling awareness among employees to achieve organizational objectives. The role is also responsible for maintaining a high standard of 5S practices and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment on the factory floor. In addition, the incumbent will demonstrate visible leadership through daily actions that support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) improvements.How you will do it:To plan and control manpower / overtime / raw materials and parts usage in respective department.To emphasize the implementation of ISO, SOPP, WI, and OMS requirement at Production / Maintenance department.To upgrade workers’ skill and knowledge through implementing training program.To ensure safe working environment in the production division.
