What you will do:The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of HVAC systems for large‑scale data center and mission critical projects. This role ensures safe, timely, cost‑effective, and quality project execution, while serving as the primary interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.The Project Manager will lead site teams, manage project risks, and drive operational excellence from contract award through project completion and handover.How you will do it:Project Delivery & ExecutionLead and manage HVAC projects from design coordination, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), to final handoverEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with contract scope, specifications, schedule, and budgetDevelop and monitor project execution plans, master schedule, and manpower allocationOversee critical path activities and implement recovery plans when neededCost, Contract & Commercial ManagementManage project cost control, budget forecasting, and cash flowReview and approve subcontractor progress claims and variation ordersIdentify, evaluate, and submit variation orders and extension of time (EOT) claimsEnsure compliance with contractual and commercial requirementsStakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and main contractorsLead project meetings (technical, progress, coordination, and commercial)Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentsMaintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and future opportunitiesTeam Leadership & CoordinationLead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site teamsCoordinate closely with MEP, CSA, vendors, and commissioning teamsEnsure effective communication between site, engineering, procurement, and management teamsQuality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with project QA/QC requirements, authority regulations, and industry standardsDrive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirementsOversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and final acceptanceRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify and manage project risks related to design, schedule, cost, and resourcesProactively resolve site issues and technical challengesEscalate critical risks with mitigation plans in a timely mannerWhat we look for:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplineMinimum 7 years of experience in HVAC project deliveryProven experience managing large‑scale commercial, industrial, or data center projectsStrong knowledge of chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, ventilation, and preferred BMS integrationExperience with mission‑critical or data center projects is a strong advantageUnderstanding of HVAC design, installation sequences, and T&C processesSound knowledge of contract management, project controls, and cost managementFamiliar with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirementsKnowledgeable in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel, and reporting toolsPreferred Skills:Strong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesResults‑driven with strong problem‑solving capabilityAble to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
