Main Responsibilities- Manage Controls projects from handover through final acceptance.- Plan, coordinate and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget and according to quality standards.- Act as the primary operational contact for customers during project execution.- Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers.- Prepare and review technical documentation, functional descriptions and project deliverables.- Support commissioning activities and resolve technical issues when required.- Monitor project financial performance, including variations, additional works and margin protection.- Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls EHS, quality and operational processes.- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Profile- Proven experience in project management within Building Automation, BMS, HVAC controls or industrial automation.- Strong technical understanding of automation systems, control architecture and field devices.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a customer-facing environment.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.- Fluent French / English required.- English professional level preferred.- German is considered an advantage.- PMP, IPMA or equivalent project management certification would be beneficial.Desired Personal Attributes- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.- Strong ownership and accountability.- Ability to remain effective under pressure.- Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills.- Team player capable of working across functions and regions.#LI-EM1#LI-Hybrid
