The incumbent will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across project sites.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with company EHS policies, client safety requirements, and statutory regulations.Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for IBMS and ELV project activities.Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and toolbox talks.Monitor work permits and ensure adherence to safe work practices for electrical, work-at-height, and installation activities.Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.Conduct safety inductions and regular awareness sessions for site personnel and subcontractors.Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with safety standards at project sites.Maintain safety records, reports, compliance documentation, and audit findings.Coordinate with project managers, customers, and contractors on EHS matters.Support emergency preparedness and response activities at project locations.Educational QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or equivalent certification.NEBOSH, IOSH, or other recognized safety certifications will be preferred.Experience Requirements3-8 years of experience in safety management for construction, MEP, ELV, IBMS, or electrical projects.Experience in handling safety requirements for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and related ELV installations.Familiarity with client safety standards and statutory compliance requirements.Technical SkillsEHS Management SystemsHIRA & JSA PreparationWork Permit SystemIncident InvestigationElectrical SafetyWork-at-Height SafetyFire & Emergency ManagementSafety Audits & InspectionsContractor Safety ManagementDocumentation & Compliance ReportingKey CompetenciesStrong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures.Strong observation and analytical skills.Good report-writing and documentation abilities.Ability to work independently at project sites.Preferred Industry ExperienceIBMS ProjectsCCTV & Access Control SystemsBuilding Automation ProjectsELV SystemsCommercial BuildingsData CentersIndustrial & Infrastructure Projects
