The role requires strong hands‑on experience in IBMS, BMS, CCTV, ACS, and Controls systems.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage IBMS / BMS / ELV projects from site kickoff to commissioning and handover.Handle system integration and execution of CCTV, ACS, and control systems.Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents; resolve site‑level technical issues.Support testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and final handover activities.Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.Assist in billing inputs, material tracking, and resource coordination.Mandatory Skills & ExperienceStrong hands‑on experience in:IBMSBMSCCTVAccess Control Systems (ACS)Controls systemsProven experience in project execution and site coordinationAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and system architectureGood communication and stakeholder‑management skillsEducational QualificationBE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline
