The role demands strong hands‑on experience in IBMS, CCTV, and CFS systems.Key Responsibilities:Execute and manage IBMS / ELV projects at site.Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.Handle project execution activities related to:IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems)CCTV SystemsCFS (Critical / Fire & Life Safety Systems)Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.Review technical drawings, BOQs, and system specifications.Conduct site inspections and quality checks for installed systems.Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and maintain documentation.Resolve technical and operational issues at site in coordination with stakeholders.Required Skills & Technical Expertise:Strong hands‑on experience in IBMS project execution.Practical exposure to installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Mandatory experience in CCTV and CFS systems.Good understanding of ELV system integration and site execution practices.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.Qualification & Experience:Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / E&C or related discipline.4–7 years of relevant experience in IBMS / ELV projects.Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, data centers, or industrial projects preferred. Reporting To:Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer
