Job Description
What you will do The Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for BMS systems. You will be part of a growing team of BMS technicians maintaining and supporting customer’s facilities. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.You are the primary ‘mobile’ contact for all Johnson Controls technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving issues on highly complex systems according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.How you will do it Supervise a team to provide support in retrofit work, testing and commissioning, installation, service and maintenance works, including hardware, software and trouble-shooting projectsEnsure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer and meet the agreed statement and quality standardCoordinate all the site works including those performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirementPrepare maintenance and retrofit proposal and tenderMaintain good relationship with customersProvide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunitiesSupport proposals to support recommendations and solutionsWhat we look for RequiredHigher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent2 to 3 years’ relevant experiencesPreferredEffective interpersonal, presentation and project management skillsGood problem solving techniques, organizing and planning abilityGood spoken and written in English and ChineseIndependent and able to work under pressure & tight deadlineWilling to work on site in various locations

Required Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (degree in degree in building service)
- 2 to 3 years’ relevant experiences (experience, 3 years)
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills (experience)
- Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability (experience)
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (experience)
- Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline (experience)
- Willing to work on site in various locations (experience)
