You will coordinate on-site project activities, partner closely with internal teams and external contractors, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable standards.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on site, collaborating across teams, and driving projects forward while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.How You Will Do ItCoordinate and oversee day-to-day on-site project activities related to controls installations and upgradesSupervise and coordinate specified project efforts, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectivesWork closely with other contractors, trades, and site stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirementsPartner with the project team to develop project objectives, scope clarity, and execution plansManage project schedules and sequencing of activities to support on-time deliveryMonitor progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to the project teamSupport adherence to healthcare facility protocols, safety standards, and operational requirementsFoster a collaborative, professional, and safety-focused on-site environmentWhat We Look ForRequired QualificationsUniversity degree or an Equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, controls, construction, or a related technical fieldExperience working on active job sites, coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractorsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and competing prioritiesEffective communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solvingPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting projects in healthcare, mission-critical, or highly regulated environmentsFamiliarity with building automation systems, controls, or HVAC-related projectsDemonstrated ability to lead on-site activities while maintaining a customer-focused mindsetWhat We OfferAt Johnson Controls, you’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that help create smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. Required Qualifications
