You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while being supported by an experienced team committed to your success.What You'll Be DoingResponding to emergency breakdowns and performing planned preventative maintenanceCommissioning chillers and HVAC equipment across customer sitesDiagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issuesConducting overhauls and fault-finding on reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chillersCompleting service documentation and technical reports accuratelyBuilding strong relationships with customers and providing expert technical adviceSupporting customers with operational guidance and system optimisationAbout YouWe're looking for a skilled technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and wants to continue growing their career.You will have:4+ years' experience servicing HVAC, chiller, or industrial cooling systemsStrong maintenance, repair, and fault-finding capabilitiesMechanical and/or electrical trade expertise within HVACAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsStrong communication and reporting skillsCurrent Australian driver's licenceAbility to successfully complete pre-employment medical and background checksOur CultureAt Johnson Controls, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
