What You’ll Do:An RF hardware engineer responsible for owning driving improvements in the analog/RF design portions of our radio products. Core responsibilities include:• Drafting and reviewing RF specifications• Producing block diagrams for RF/analog subsystems• Managing vendors for outsourced RF design projects• Guiding schematic and PCB design for internal development projects• Conducting lab and field testing• Debugging RF issues in development and productionSkills You’ll Need:• Experience with drafting/reviewing RF specifications, block-level system design, and managing vendors/subcontractors• Familiarity with PCB design considerations for RF circuits• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and debugging• At least 5 years of experience in the design of RF circuits and systems• BS/MS in Electrical/RF Engineering or equivalent experienceBonus Points:• Experience with wireless communication systems• Proficiency in PythonBenefits Discretionary bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care options Employer Paid Group Term Life and AD&D Insurance Voluntary Life & AD&D insurance Paid vacation plus paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Paid parental leave Wellness Programs Annual Base Salary Range $150,000—$200,000 USD
