KBR is looking for Equipment SupervisorResponsibilities: Be able to prepare job instructions to the equipment and lifting team Coordinate all heavy lifts and equipment on site. Ensure Lifting equipment is in safe working use. Supervise a lifting team Supervise a heavy equipment team Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior. Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills with large organizations Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems Strategic management skills An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA Belong.
