Job Description

Title:Infrastructure Coordinator / NAVFAC LiaisonThe Infrastructure Coordinator / NAVFAC Liaison serves as the program’s integrator, enabling coordination across engineering teams, installation teams, and external site stakeholders to support system integration, site surveys, and installation activities. This role acts as the primary liaison with military installations, site personnel, security offices, and local and national agencies to ensure required access, approvals, and agreements are in place to support program execution. The Infrastructure Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling engineering and installation teams to successfully execute site surveys, field activities, and system deployments across multiple locations. Roles and ResponsibilitiesAct as the program integrator, coordinating across engineering, installation, and operational stakeholders to support execution of site surveys, system integration, and installation activitiesServe as the primary liaison with affected sites, including military installations, NAVFAC, site personnel, and security officesCoordinate site access, approvals, and agreements with local and national agencies to enable installations and site survey activitiesSupport planning, scheduling, and execution of site surveys across multiple locationsEnable engineering and installation teams to proceed with assigned tasking by ensuring site readiness, access, and coordination requirements are metCoordinate material movement, shipment, and delivery requirements to support field executionIdentify and resolve coordination challenges related to site access, security requirements, and infrastructure dependenciesCommunicate site constraints, risks, and impacts to program leadership and cross-functional teamsSupport execution across CONUS and OCONUS locations as required to meet program objectivesBasic QualificationsClearance & Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required. Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain a higher clearance as neededEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, OR Associate’s degree with 7+ years of experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience coordinating site access, infrastructure, or multi-site program executionExperience working with military installations, NAVFAC, or Department of Defense stakeholdersFamiliarity with site surveys, installation coordination, or field execution activitiesExperience supporting logistics coordination, material movement, or shipment processesAbility to coordinate across engineering, logistics, and operations teamsScheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week.Compensation: $100,000-$150,000. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
