These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.Production Delivery, Optimisation & Excellent Performance• Responsible for the day-to-day plant optimisation.• Identifies production vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities to support production forecast and grow IPC.• Responsible for ensuring robust plant monitoring routines are completed with all deviations acted on and ensuring system is fit for purpose.• Support investigations (e.g. 5 Whys) for all process safety incidents, production losses and product quality issues over defined limits.•Drive clear prioritisation of vulnerabilities so action is focused in the right areas.• Actively lead and ensure participation in Continuous Improvement projects on your sites and promote the benefit of the CI philosophy to engage the site teams in this process.Experience, Qualifications & Key Skills• Above 10 Years experience in O&G industry (Preferable with IOC’s direct or contract)• Technical degree in Chemical Engineering or allied engineering subject.• Previous experience in asset engineering / operations engineering role • Practical/operational exposure to production facilities• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills• Strong bias for being proactive and getting results• Excellent IT skills – Office suite, document management, applications for CMMS and Change Management.• Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results• Skilled in behaviour change managementNot essential but preferable:• Professional (Chartered) Engineer / TA2-3 qualified• Experience in roles in culturally and linguistically diverse working environments.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Professional EngineerBelong.
