The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Client or Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi.Job PurposeThe Lead HSE Technical Engineer is responsible for providing technical HSE leadership and ensuring the effective implementation of health, safety, environmental, and process safety requirements for ADNOC Offshore projects and operations. The role supports Concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, Commissioning, and Operational phases by managing HSE studies, risk assessments, safety engineering activities, and compliance with ADNOC QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.Master's Degree in Safety Engineering, Risk Management, or HSE-related discipline is an advantage.Professional HSE certifications are highly desirable.Preferred CertificationsNEBOSH International DiplomaNEBOSH Process Safety ManagementCertified
