Title:Logistics Analyst (Hybrid to Local Office)Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR!Job SummaryThe Logistics Analyst supports the planning and execution of strategies that optimize production, distribution, and inventory management across the supply chain. This role focuses on improving product flow, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring timely, reliable delivery performance. Responsibilities include analyzing logistics data, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness.This will be hybrid work from home and working from local office. Local office locations include Phoenix, AZ; Ogden, UT; Anniston, AZ; Corpus Christie, TX; Hill, UT. Roles and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and implement logistics plans impacting production, distribution, and inventory performanceSupport the development of logistics strategies that enhance product flow and operational efficiencyConduct distribution and network analyses to inform and drive logistics optimization initiativesMonitor inventory levels and evaluate requirements to meet delivery schedules and fulfillment targetsDevelop and recommend strategies to improve delivery times, order fill rates, and overall service performanceMaintain accurate logistics data and prepare clear, detailed reports for management reviewCoordinate logistics activities with cross‑functional teams and external customers to ensure alignmentProvide regular status updates and activity reports to leadershipPerform additional duties as assignedBasic Qualifications4 years of experience in Logistics, ISC, and Material ManagementStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a focus on data‑driven decision makingHighly organized with effective time‑management and prioritization skillsProven ability to coordinate with cross‑functional ISC teams to maintain alignment on prioritiesSkilled in managing logistics data, maintaining accuracy, and generating clear, actionable reportsEffective communicator with experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholdersMust be a US citizenPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting logistics operations within an ISC or procurement environmentFamiliarity with supply chain optimization tools, methodologies, and best practicesHands‑on experience conducting distribution, logistics flow, or network optimization studiesPrior exposure to government or defense‑related programs, including compliance‑focused workStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailKBR BenefitsKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
