Title:Maintenance ManagerProgram Summary:KBR’s Product and Technology Solutions Division specializes in rapid prototyping and advanced technology solutions for directed energy, electronic warfare, and security applications. Backed by a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR collaborates closely with customers to develop secure, effective, and forward-thinking solutions.Position is Contingent on Award of Contract.Job Summary:The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the maintenance and sustainment of complex electronic security systems supporting Federal Government programs. The position provides leadership for maintenance personnel, ensures compliance with contractual and security requirements, and manages technical operations to maintain system reliability and mission readiness.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and supervise maintenance personnel supporting electronic security systems.Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Oversee system sustainment, troubleshooting, and repairs.Coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with Government policies, security requirements, and contractual obligations.Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement process improvements.Provide technical leadership and support for mission-critical security systems.Basic Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active Secret Security Clearance (minimum requirement).High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the management and sustainment of complex electronic security systems.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the general supervision of technical security personnel.Project or Program Management certification.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD) maintenance operations is preferred.Work Location: On-site support.Compensation: $75,440 - $113,160. The salary range posted is for Washington, DC. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
