You will support the assessment, substantiation and ongoing performance of infrastructure systems, contributing to safety reviews, engineering assessments and the continued operation of critical facilitiesEssential Skills & ExperienceBroad mechanical engineering experience within industrial, infrastructure, defence, energy, nuclear or other highly regulated environments.Experience with some of the following systems would be advantageous:Pumps and fluid systemsCranes and lifting equipmentHeating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)Pressure systemsDiesel generatorsYou have experience undertaking Periodic Safety Reviews (PSRs) or similar engineering assurance activities, with a strong understanding of design intent, asset integrity, ageing mechanisms and engineering substantiation.You can apply your knowledge of British and international engineering standards to assess compliance, support engineering decision-making and ensure the continued safe and reliable operation of critical infrastructure.LocationThe role is Hybrid – Home/Office/SiteSecurity RequirementsSC ClearanceDue to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.KBR Benefits & MoreBelong.
