This role demands a professional who has honed their skills over at least a decade in a management capacity, adept at navigating the complexities of project oversight and skilled at driving interdepartmental coordination to surpass review and approval benchmarks.What You’ll DoAs a Program Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel assigned to work on all Task Orders awarded under the IDIQ contract. You will be located in the DMV area and expected to be onsite 100% with occasional OCONUS travel.The tasks include, but are not limited to:Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the CustomerIdentify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirementsUse established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirementsIdentify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impactsManage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of TO staffing alignments /allocationsInterface with the CO, COTR and Government leadershipOversee the execution of the Transition PlanOversee the management and implementation of the PMPServe as the primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfactionOversee the Contractor’s Environmental, Health and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followedMonitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costsOversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures and programsImprove cost-effectiveness and efficiencyOversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance, repair and service operations for quality control and contract complianceEnsure that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.This is a contingent position based upon contract awardRequirementsMust possess a TS/SCI with current PolyBachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus a total of ten (10) years’ experience in Management level positions. OR,Bachelor’s degree in another field and ten (10) years of experience in project level positions PLUS six (6) years’ experience in field of Engineering or BusinessPMP Certification (Project Management Professional)Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metricsKnowledge of customer exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special eventsFamiliarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environmentBasic Compensation:$209,000 – $278,700 annually (This range is for the VA area only)The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
