Title:Reliability-Centered Maintenance AnalystBelong, Connect, Grow, with KBR!Program SummaryKBR is searching for an experienced Reliability-Centered Maintenance Analyst for up to 12 months to study, design, prepare specifications, and perform services related to reliability research and analysis, work with government and contractor team members with assistance in effectively using reliability software to document analysis; assist in drafting reports, papers, and presentations on results of analysis; performing basic statistical and cost analysis; participating in team meetings and interviews, and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and customers. Potential candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to oversee the collection, sorting and analysis of various qualitative and quantitative data. Analyzes and coordinates technical data within established procedures and schedules.Role and ResponsibilitiesPerforming reliability research and analysis, work with government and contractor team members with assistance in effectively using reliability software to document analysis; assist in drafting reports, papers, and presentations on results of analysis; performing basic statistical and cost analysis; participating in team meetings and interviews, and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and customers. Potential candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to oversee the collection, sorting and analysis of various qualitative and quantitative data. Analyzes and coordinates technical data within established procedures and schedules.RequirementsRequires a HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred) and over 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.Ability to obtain a secret clearance is required.A working knowledge of fourth generation fighter aircraft preferably F-15, F-16, aircraft mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems and support equipment.Proficient in the use of Air Force or civilian technical manuals, policies and regulations.Preferred SkillsMore qualified candidates will possess:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
