Title:Senior Cost Controller/Cost ControllerDue to ongoing project wins, KBR is seeking a Cost Controller or Senior Cost Controller to support the financial and commercial performance of major infrastructure and defence programs.You’ll provide cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting that enables informed decision‑making and drives strong project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsAnalyse cost performance, variances, and trendsSupport EAC processes and monthly reportingApply contingency and risk management practicesEnsure compliance with governance and controls frameworksProvide commercial insight to support delivery decisionsWhat You’ll Bring:Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Commerce, or similarCost Controller: 3–5+ years’ experienceSenior Cost Controller: 8+ years’ experienceStrong cost forecasting and financial analysis capabilityAdvanced Excel skills (essential)Primavera P6 experience highly regardedConfident stakeholder engagement skillsSecurity Clearance: Holding or being eligible for Baseline/NV1 security clearance is advantageous for defence projects but not required for non‑defence work.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a high‑performing Project Controls team delivering some of Australia’s most critical infrastructure and defence programs.
