With a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR ensures secure, effective, and mission-ready capabilities worldwide.Job SummaryAs Sensor Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to the Army’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense mission. You will lead a team of analysts responsible for evaluating Radar/Guidance system performance data from Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises, and Real-World Events and producing system assessments. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, this position requires effective collaboration and communication skills. This job is seeking a motivated individual with leadership skills who can proactively identify and solve complex technical and business challenges. Roles and Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the radar(s) including requirements and operations, focusing on radar search, track, electronic counter measures, discrimination and missile guidance functionsDefine metrics, analyze data, and assess system performanceProvide direct support to the Warfighter by responding to Requests for Information including analyzing Real-World data and collaborating with the team to provide recommendations for enhanced performanceSupport test events (Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises) by defining requirements and objectives, observing/executing tests, analyzing test data, and contributing to test reportsPrepare and present briefings to various audiences, including USG, Warfighters, and high levels of leadershipReview and track software changes and system requirementsProvide technical and task guidance to a team of Radar/Guidance analystsMay participate in the development of technical proposals for new and/or existing business opportunitiesBasic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM field7-15 years of experience in Radar or Guidance analysis for a Missile Defense SystemDemonstrable understanding of Radar signal and data processing methodsAbility to travel up to 15%Candidate must be a US CitizenCandidate must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearancePreferred QualificationsProficiency in a high-level programming language (MATLAB, C/C++, Python, etc.)Demonstrable leadership and management skillsAdvanced degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM fieldExperience in interface analysis for a major Missile Defense System, including Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises, Real-World dataBelong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM field (degree in engineering)
  • 7-15 years of experience in Radar or Guidance analysis for a Missile Defense System (experience, 15 years)
  • Demonstrable understanding of Radar signal and data processing methods (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 15% (experience)
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen (experience)
  • Candidate must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (experience)
