Experience balancing short term tactical problems against long term strategic planning Experience working independently to identify problems, devise solutions, brief and communicate courses of action, and implement solutions Experience managing a project/ program, to include schedule, milestones, and deliverables. Experience with periodic re-evaluation of that project to identify if the original approach is still reflective of desired outcome in a dynamic environment Experience working as part of, and leading, a team to define requirements, determine root causes, and identifying corrective actions Demonstrated experience working with modern business productivity suites such as Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite, setting up VPNs, and dealing with multi-factor Authentication Basic Compensation:$182,800 to $223,500This range is for the Virginia area onlyThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
