Title:Workday Integration & Reporting AnalystKBR is looking for a Workday Integration & Reporting Analyst to report to the HRIS leadership team this position will play a key role in configuring and optimizing Workday integrations and reporting solutions to support the organization’s HR technology ecosystem.The Workday Integration & Reporting Analyst will translate business and data requirements into scalable Workday solutions, combining technical expertise and analytical capabilities to ensure seamless integrations, actionable insights, and continuous platform improvement.**Preferably this position will be located on site at our Houston Office, but we will consider remote work for the right candidate**Key Responsibilities:Workday Integrations Development Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIsIntegration Monitoring & Support Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring stability, accuracy, and timely data flow across systemsReporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (e.g., Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to support business and HR decision-makingData Transformation & Delivery Translate business requirements into data extracts, interfaces, and reporting outputs that meet stakeholder needsSystem Enhancements & Releases Support Workday releases and enhancements through impact analysis, testing, and deployment of integration and reporting updatesData Integrity & GovernanceEnsure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across integrations and reporting outputsStakeholder Collaboration Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration and reporting solutionsDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing Create and maintain documentation for integrations, reporting logic, and data flowsCompliance & Security Support adherence to data privacy, security protocols, and audit requirements related to integrations and reportingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field required8 + years of experience supporting HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments supporting enterprise systemsWorkday integrations and reporting experience requiredFunctional knowledge of Workday modules, including Recruiting, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and CompensationCapacity to work within established integration and reporting standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimizationHands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio; APIs preferred)Experience supporting integrations lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot)Advanced expertise with XML, XSLT, and JSON with the ability to design complex data transformation and integration solutionsDesigning, building, and consuming SOAP and REST APIs experienceExpertise in Workday reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, and calculated fieldsProficiency with developing, optimizing and maintaining complex BIRT reports (required)Workday Extend and Workday Prism AnalyticsAbility to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insightsHigh attention to detail with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and system reliabilityEffective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersCapacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilitiesCommitment to continuous learning and staying current on Workday integration tools and reporting capabilitiesStrong understanding of the Workday security framework and data governance principlesPreferred:Workday Pro Certification(s) in Integrations or ReportingKBR, Inc. will not sponsor applicants for work visas (e.g., H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1) or employment-based permanent residence (green card) for this position.
