Communicates approved strategy/tactics and keeps them updated on progress of physical distribution initiatives affecting their marketCollaborates and partners closely with ATM Channel Team, Real Estate Solutions, Security, Technology, Marketing, Branch Operations and vendor partners on initiatives affecting physical distributionReviews and approves scope/changes within the approved program parameters and monetary approval levels. Resolves any issues or roadblocks to implementation and maintains communication about decisions with affected partnersReviews progress, decisions and unusual situations with senior managementMaintains database with updated information relative to physical distribution plans and decisionsImplements new or updated processes, policies and procedures to drive for improved cost, quality, client experience or reduced riskAddresses and remediates technical and client experience issues within the physical distribution channelHandles a multitude of internal and external inquiries/requests. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
