We offer a comprehensive range of investment banking services to meet the M&A, capital raising and strategic needs of our clients. We focus on corporate and not-for-profit healthcare, have a deep understanding of all key sectors, long-term relationships with leaders of all key constituencies, and experienced senior bankers.Position OverviewAssociates provide day-to-day execution of investment banking mandates (merger & acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments) as well as support sector coverage and business development. Our bankers are engaged in industry verticals, including providers / services, payers, information technology, and life sciences / medtech.QualificationsThree years of relevant experience in healthcare investment bankingExperience in managing and training junior investment bankersStrong educational backgroundExcellent business writing and financial analysis skillsProven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environmentOutstanding work ethicMust be willing to travel when necessarySIE Series 79 and 63 licenses preferredCompensation and BenefitsThe typical base pay for an Associate role is $175,000 - $225,000 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
