Location:4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn OhioKeyBank is seeking a Salesforce Master Engineer & Technical Team Lead to provide senior-most technical and people leadership for the Salesforce Sales Enablement domain. This role owns end-to-end technical leadership for the Sales Enablement program focused on the Salesforce Wealth instance and related initiatives, including Envestnet integration and broader Salesforce transformation efforts.This is a hands-on, player/coach role with direct team leadership responsibility. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.   • 7+ years of deep, hands-on Salesforce platform experience (experience, 7 years)
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development, integrations, data, and security (experience)
  • Proven experience leading large, complex Salesforce implementations (experience)
  • Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, or team lead experience (experience)
  • Experience working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments (experience)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders (experience)
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and full SDLC ownership (experience)

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Architect, Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360) (certification)
