This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesNetwork Operations & SupportLead daily network operations for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, internet, and cloud connectivity.Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity using enterprise monitoring tools.Ensure high uptime and operational stability across data centers, campuses, manufacturing sites, and remote offices.Manage incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor network engineers and operations staff.Assign operational tasks and manage escalation processes.Develop operational procedures, standards, and documentation.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and managed service partners.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Application, DevOps, Manufacturing, and Business teams to support enterprise initiatives.Participate in enterprise transformation, digital modernization, Zero Trust, and cloud migration programs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to align network services with operational and strategic business objectives.Work with vendors, managed service providers, and third-party partners to deliver operational excellence.Infrastructure SupportSupport enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and cloud networking environments.Maintain Cisco, Arista, Aruba, or equivalent technologies.Support hybrid cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).Assist in network modernization and transformation initiatives.Operational ExcellenceOwn day-to-day network operations, including incident and outage response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.Drive network automation initiatives using scripting, deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code methodologiesImprove operational efficiency through automated alerting, remediation workflows, and self-healing network capabilities.Create executive operational reports and status dashboards.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years of network engineering/operations experience.3+ years of leadership or team lead experience.Experience supporting large enterprise or global network environmentsStrong knowledge of:Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP)F5 BIG-IP platform (WAF, LTM, AFM)SD-WAN and wireless networkingNetwork monitoring toolsIncident and change management processesExperience with enterprise environments and 24x7 operations.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Proven ability to lead meetings, drive collaboration, manage escalations, and present operational updates to technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred QualificationsCCNP, CCIE, F5, AWS/Azure networking certifications.Work with multi-nationalWork experience with in an environment of 10000+ usersExperience with:Cisco ACIClearPass NACNetwork automation (Python, Ansible)ITIL processesManufacturing or healthcare industry experience preferred.We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
