There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsMaster Schedule to drive and co-ordinates the overall business strategic planning as part of the supply chain to manage the demand vs supply (Drive 8-12 Qs forward looking process).To present the overall business plan at the master schedule (MS) meeting.Participate and analyze forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer’s orders and material supportWork closely with various key stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing operation, Finance, Logistics, etc to optimize the build plan, navigate the required actions from all teams & react quickly to the changes to achieve corporate revenue target & customer commitment.Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validationDevelop and maintain key performance metricsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experienceSome worked experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory managementGood Analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgencyAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentFamiliarity with MRP (SAP) processes and proficiency with Microsoft office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI dashboard etcWorking knowledge of computer software applications eg VBA programming language (eg. create Macro)We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
