These differentiate KLA not only in WHAT we do, but also in HOW we do it.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWe are looking for an Electron Beam Product Engineer to join our systems engineering team in Ann Arbor, Michigan! The engineer will be the engineering tool owner for electron beam tools (similar to scanning electron microscopes) and will coordinate tool operating and maintenance activities across multi-functional teams.
