With specific expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and intellectual property; the LCO offers strategic legal counsel that is informed by a clear understanding of the company’s business objectives and expertise in the laws and regulations relevant to the business worldwide.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWhat You’ll DoTrade Operations & ComplianceManage day‑to‑day import and export activities for Singapore and SEA locationsEnsure compliance with Singapore, SEA, and applicable international trade regulationsReview and release export orders, including urgent and ad‑hoc shipmentsMaintain and update trade compliance SOPs to support operational excellenceLicensing & Regulatory ManagementSupport import permit applications and export licensing requirements, including Strategic Goods controlsManage and administer the Singapore Bulk Export License for strategic goodsAdvisory, Risk & Audit SupportAct as a trade compliance subject‑matter expert for internal stakeholdersAssist with internal audits and compliance reviewsMinimum QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or international businessTechnical & Regulatory KnowledgeStrong knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia import/export regulations and Strategic Goods controls, including License applications.SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or similar automated trade compliance systems experience preferredFamiliarity with U.S. export and re‑export regulations is a plus.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsClear and confident communicator able to work cross‑functionallySelf‑driven, organised, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesAble to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, global, multi‑time‑zone environmentWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
