There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsLead and scale a team of AI / algorithm engineers (ML, DL, LLMs)Define and drive the AI roadmap aligned with product and business goalsActively contribute hands-on to design, development, and implementation of AI solutionsOwn delivery of AI solutions—from research and prototyping to production deploymentGuide architecture and design of AI systems integrated into Frontline productsDrive adoption of advanced AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, Generative AI)Collaborate closely with software, product, and application teamsMentor engineers and grow technical leadership within the teamEnsure high engineering standards, scalability, and production readinessMinimum QualificationsBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ Algorithm development2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team managementStrong hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions (required)Strong background in ML/Deep Learning (coding and system design)Strong software engineering skills (Python, C++ or similar)Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systemsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
