The role focuses on resolving production issues, improving product quality and yield, and ensuring reliable performance across the product lifecycle.Support production builds and system integration to ensure smooth manufacturing rampTroubleshoot electronic and system-level issues (PCB, assemblies, wiring, subsystems)Perform root cause analysis on production and field failures and implement corrective actionsWork with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturability and performance issuesDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, test procedures, troubleshooting guides)Support validation, testing, and qualification of electronic assembliesAnalyze production data to drive yield improvement, reliability, and cost reductionInterface with suppliers to resolve component or assembly issuesSupport engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and ongoing product sustainingMinimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 yearsWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
