There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Material Handler is responsible for performing physical and administrative tasks related to the receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and shipment of materials, parts, and equipment. This role supports warehouse operations and production by ensuring material accuracy, proper handling, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPick parts and build kits based on bill of materials (BOM)Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase ordersPerform put-away activities and maintain accurate inventory locationsPrepare materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, and documentationProcess shipments using carrier systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL)Create and maintain shipping and receiving records/logsSupport inventory control activities, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolutionIssue materials to production and support shortage resolutionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams (production, planning, procurement) to ensure on-time deliveryPerform additional tasks and projects as assignedPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in:Warehouse operationsInventory controlShipping and receivingExperience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferredFamiliarity with major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)Minimum QualificationsRequires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experienceBase Pay Range: $16.93 - $28.75 Per HourPrimary Location: USA-NJ-Totowa-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
