Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer demos and H2H(head-to-head) evaluations to demonstrate product valueSupport Alpha, Beta, and ramp phases to enable product adoptionAnalyze yield/process issues and provide solutionsDesign experiments and develop application recipes to optimize performanceProvide troubleshooting and escalation supportCollaborate with R&D on product validation and data analysisPrepare test reports, BKMs, and training materialsConduct customer and internal trainings Minimum QualificationsMS (or BS with experience) in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, EE, or related fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsSelf-driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficient in the English language, and working effectively with different cultures.Willing to travel 50–70% domestically and internationallyWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
