The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager leads global Talent Acquisition programs, process improvement initiatives, technology implementations, and change management activities that improve hiring effectiveness, recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience.This role partners with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to design, implement, measure, and optimize recruiting processes, programs, and technologies.Responsibilities:Program and Project ManagementLead global Talent Acquisition projects from planning through implementation.Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, risk mitigation plans, and executive updatesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and project teamsTrack adoption, business outcomes, and project success metricsBusiness Process ImprovementAnalyze recruiting and hiring processes to identify efficiency, quality, automation, and scalability opportunitiesDocument current-state and future-state workflows, business requirements, and standard operating proceduresRecommend and implement process improvements that support global consistency and operational effectivenessRecruiting Technology and SystemsSupport implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies and integrationsGather business requirements and translate requirements into functional specificationsParticipate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-launch supportEvaluate automation and AI opportunities that improve recruiting outcomesData Analysis and ReportingAnalyze hiring, operational, and experience-related dataBuild dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive presentationsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative analysisDeliver recommendations based on business dataChange Management and EnablementDevelop communication, training, and adoption plans for new processes and technologiesFacilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness activitiesMonitor adoption metrics and implement corrective actions when neededExperience EnhancementIdentify opportunities to improve candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experienceSupport initiatives that simplify hiring processes and reduce friction across the hiring lifecycleMeasure program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and operational performance indicatorsRequired Experience and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programsExperience implementing or supporting HR, recruiting, or workforce technology solutionsExperience performing business analysis and requirements gatheringExperience driving process improvement initiatives within a complex organizationExperience developing executive-level reporting and data analysisProject or Program ManagementBusiness Process ImprovementBusiness AnalysisRequirements GatheringChange ManagementData AnalysisStakeholder ManagementProcess DocumentationUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Minimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience, Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years, Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 yearsBase Pay Range: $101,500.00 - $172,600.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
