She/ He is expected to be a functional expert in the process, provide directional clarity for the team, work with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for Import/ Export Operations. Should be a functional expert and able to set up routines from scratch and focus on Process excellenceResponsible initially to do transition of process, understand and be able to guide teams in setting up the process on the floor and be a change management agentLead and drive Service reviews of KPIs and governance meetings to action continuous improvementsIdentify opportunities across the E2E supply chain to enable KHC operations cost improvement and process standardizationDaily management of the sailing schedule and, customer pickup planning and pulling orders forward to meet payload goals for both primary and secondary networkFloating orders to meet available capacity where necessary, Revisiting shipments to add on volume.Leading calls to address expediting/shortening lead time/ MOQs, to build solutions for customers without cost-inFacilitate for customs clearance documentations and prioritizations management, ensure document control measures are adhered to – in respective portals and local systems and trackersEffectively able to do Root Cause Analysis for issues and come up with implementable solutionsKEY INTERFACES Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order CustomersBusiness Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliancesWithin KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and ITREQUIREMENTS2-5 years Experience in Logistics Operations especially in Exports Operations with awareness of Documentation and International logistics and shipping OperationsWorking Knowledge in OTM and SAP interfaces will be a added advantageHands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards ActionExcellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
