As an Assistant Manager – Project Management, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across global functions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and business outcomes are achieved.This role is ideal for a highly organized and results-driven project professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys working with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionLead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure.Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and governance frameworks.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.Drive execution of strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with global business leaders, functional teams, GCC stakeholders, and external vendors.Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and manage communication plans.Provide timely updates to leadership on project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.Governance & ReportingEstablish project governance structures, steering committees, and status reporting mechanisms.Create and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and executive presentations.Monitor project health and recommend mitigating actions when required.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.Develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution of critical issues.Escalate concerns appropriately while maintaining momentum on project delivery.Change & Transformation ManagementSupport organizational change initiatives through effective planning and stakeholder engagement.Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.Ensure sustainable implementation and realization of business benefits.Process ExcellencePromote project management best practices across the organization.Leverage Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies depending on project requirements.Continuously improve delivery frameworks, templates, and governance models.QualificationsEducational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Finance, or related discipline.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.Experience6–9 years of project/program management experience.Experience working in Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, GCC, Consulting, or Transformation environments.Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.Experience managing stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.Technical & Functional SkillsProject ManagementProgram ManagementAgile / Scrum / Waterfall MethodologiesRisk & Issue ManagementChange ManagementProcess ImprovementPMO GovernanceBudget & Resource TrackingExecutive ReportingStakeholder ManagementMicrosoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent toolsPower BI and data-driven reporting preferredLocation(s)Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
