We have an exciting permanent part time (3 days per week) opportunity for a Consumer Insights Manager to join our Marketing team, based in Southbank. These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:Being the voice of the consumer across the Beverages cluster, AFH teams in Australia and New Zealand, and Growth Channels in New ZealandPartnering with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to identify priority business questions and translate them into actionable insight plansLeading qualitative, quantitative, sensory, from brief development, commissioning through to debrief and so what for our businessSynthesising multiple data sources into clear learnings, strategic implications, and recommendations including desk research where neededPresenting insights in a compelling and practical way that supports decision-making across the businessSupporting teams to define success measures and evaluate the impact of marketing activityContributing thought leadership on consumer, category, and channel trends relevant to Kraft Heinz growth prioritiesManaging elements of the Insights budget to maximise impact and valueSupporting sensory work for the teams in scopeOperating effectively in a part-time structure by aligning priorities, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and maintaining clear continuity across projectsWhat you'll bring:Multiple number of years in marketing, consumer insights, market research, or a related fieldExperience in FMCG or another fast-paced consumer environment is preferredExperience across consumer, shopper, brand, category, or sensory insights would be highly regardedA track record of using insights to shape marketing or commercial decisionsA strong passion for understanding consumer and shopper behaviourCuriosity, commercial thinking, and the ability to connect insight to actionStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelinesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailThe ability to interpret data and research and turn it into clear recommendationsStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsConfidence influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionallyThe ability to think strategically while staying practical and delivery-focusedBenefits of working with us:Hybrid Working – Flexibility around when and where you workLeave Options – Volunteer leave and LiveWell leave programs to give you even more flexibility to plan your life and spend time on causes that matterGreat Place to Work certification in Australia and New ZealandIn House Training ProgramsReady to make an Impact?If you're a Marketing professional, a collaborative team player, and passionate about delivering value, we want to hear from you. Required Qualifications

  • Multiple number of years in marketing, consumer insights, market research, or a related field (experience)
  • Experience in FMCG or another fast-paced consumer environment is preferred (experience)
  • Experience across consumer, shopper, brand, category, or sensory insights would be highly regarded (experience)
  • A track record of using insights to shape marketing or commercial decisions (experience)
  • A strong passion for understanding consumer and shopper behaviour (experience)
  • Curiosity, commercial thinking, and the ability to connect insight to action (experience)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (experience)
  • The ability to interpret data and research and turn it into clear recommendations (experience)
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (experience)
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally (experience)
  • The ability to think strategically while staying practical and delivery-focused (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Being the voice of the consumer across the Beverages cluster, AFH teams in Australia and New Zealand, and Growth Channels in New Zealand
  • Partnering with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to identify priority business questions and translate them into actionable insight plans
  • Leading qualitative, quantitative, sensory, from brief development, commissioning through to debrief and so what for our business
  • Synthesising multiple data sources into clear learnings, strategic implications, and recommendations including desk research where needed
  • Presenting insights in a compelling and practical way that supports decision-making across the business
  • Supporting teams to define success measures and evaluate the impact of marketing activity
  • Contributing thought leadership on consumer, category, and channel trends relevant to Kraft Heinz growth priorities
  • Managing elements of the Insights budget to maximise impact and value
  • Supporting sensory work for the teams in scope
  • Operating effectively in a part-time structure by aligning priorities, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and maintaining clear continuity across projects
