Job DescriptionThe Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a talented professional to join our team in a role focused on inventory analysis, supply chain loss risk management, and cost optimization, with responsibility for monitoring and analyzing inventory, proactively identifying supply chain loss risks, and generating material usage variance analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct monthly analysis of all inventory categories (RM, PM, and FG) to identify and address SCL risks across operations and commercial teams.Develop action plans with cross-functional stakeholders, follow up on progress, and report key findings to top management.Perform monthly and weekly analysis of material usage variance trends, operational inefficiencies, and savings opportunities.Support the budgeting and forecasting process related to MUV and SCL.Review inventory records to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with inventory control requirements and support internal control and audit reviews.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.2 years of experience in a similar role.Very good command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Soft SkillsQuick learner with a strong willingness to expand knowledge.Strong attention to detail.Resilient and adaptable.Location(s)6 October Factory Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
