Job DescriptionThe FP&A Analyst is part of the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City, supporting the Taste Elevation Finance Team based in Chicago. The FP&A Analyst contributes to core financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including monthly reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Working under the guidance of FP&A Sr. Manager, the role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance within a global FMCG environment and to develop analytical and business partnering skills in a fast-paced and multinational setting.Primary Responsibilities• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and performance dashboards for business review meetings;• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles by consolidating data inputs, updating models and validating accuracy;• Perform variance analysis vs. forecast, budget and last year;• Collaborate with other team members to gather financial and operational data from different systems and sources;• Maintain and enhance recurring reporting tools, templates and trackers using Excel and/or Power BI;• Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs;• Support simple ad-hoc financial analysis and requests from the Taste Elevation Finance Team in North America.Qualifications1. Education• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;2.
