In this role you will be – amongst others – responsible for driving pricing strategies, portfolio value, and growth across our iconic brands. Make a real impact by shaping decisions that power sustainable business and consumer success.Your Responsibilities Drive the local Revenue Growth Strategy, including pricing architecture, trade terms, promotional mechanics, and pack-price strategy to deliver profitable growthAnalyse market dynamics and performance trends using internal and syndicated data to identify opportunities and mitigate risksAssess promotional effectiveness to optimise trade investments and ensure alignment with business objectivesBuild scenario models to support pricing decisions, route-to-market strategies, and long-term planningCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category Teams to turn insights into actionable strategies and ensure flawless executionImplement robust Revenue Management processes, tools, and reporting to strengthen commercial decision-makingPresent strategic recommendations to senior leadership and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and best practices within Kraft HeinzKey QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales Finance or a related fieldExtensive FMCG sales experience in a similar roleStrong financial and analytical acumen to manage P&L components, quantify volume and impact, prioritise resources, and translate data insights into clear, actionable strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally to align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category plans, leveraging market and consumer insights to deliver competitive advantage and measurable business resultsStrategic yet hands-on approach, supported by strong analytical and execution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management, enabling effective collaboration across a matrix organisationFluency in German and English is essentialProfessional Attributes Analytical: We are a very data-driven company, so being able to translate complex data into simple solutions while taking an analytical approach is key.
