The Senior R&D Transformation Solutions Designer drives end-to-end (E2E) capability design and transformation across R&D by combining service design, systems thinking, and program delivery. This role focuses on shaping and delivering solutions that transform the way R&D operates, across people, process, and technology, while ensuring a human-centric, inclusive, and adoption-driven approach. You will connect strategy to execution by designing holistic solutions and leading or coordinating their implementation across functions. We value curiosity, empathy, and kindness.
