Job DescriptionDetailed Job Responsibilities:Demand and Supply Planning Cycle:- Participating in demand reviewing meeting and provide input regarding ordering status.Order Process- Organize, review and input all orders from affiliates in system- Provide reports on order status- Reviewing production plan from affiliates and ensure product dispatch on time in full.- Liaise with various carriers/forwarders to book vessels and schedule container stuffing for WH team- Liaise with shipping agent on container pick up, export formalities and documentation.- Prepare, review and send relevant documentation for customs clearance to customers.- Manage claims submitted by affiliates.Reporting- Prepare visibility on order progress and delivery, as well as service performance, following company KPIs- Maintaining order database files and routine reports- Providing the analysis report in term of container utilization, freight cost analysis, carrier performance to ensure cost optimization.Location(s)Thailand Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
