Job DescriptionThe Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager - Traditional Trade who will be responsible for strategically managing the alignment between sales and marketing by setting channel vision and strategy, defining point-of-purchase strategies, leading promotion strategies, and ensuring alignment with category and brand objectives.What you will doProvide business and market senior management with fact-based assessments and recommended channel priorities, along with strategies to capture key opportunities and address major issuesProvide insights on channel and category trends, including shopper behavior and key channel drivers, to support Sales and Marketing decisionsDevelop merchandising guidelines and direction, including permanent point-of-purchase display recommendations and planograms by category and channel, in line with brand vision and objectivesEnsure trade spending optimization by applying best-practice toolsWork closely with Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Director to align data collection and analyze sales trendsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree5-7 years of experience in FMCG companiesExcellent English language skillsWhat we offerThe work you do today will help define the destination of our future tomorrow by redefining and innovating how we bring happiness to our consumers and communities.Your unique potential is recognized, valued, and empowered.
