THE ROLEThe Artist Manager Assistant plays a key role in supporting artists with travel, logistics, and day-to-day coordination, while also contributing to project and operational administration. This role is best suited for someone adaptable, resourceful, and detail oriented. This person should be comfortable handling both the personal and professional needs of artists while ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the team. Schedule: 15-20 per week, on-site 3 days per weekDuration: Ideally end of June through SeptemberEligibility: Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in an accredited college or universityWHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOTravel & LogisticsBook flights, hotels, and ground transportation directly or through travel agentsLiaise with touring crew to align itineraries, accommodations, and logisticsCreate and maintain detailed travel itineraries and schedules for artists and teamAnticipate and resolve travel conflicts or last-minute changes quickly and independently Artist SupportAssist with personal needs such as reservations, gifting, or day-to-day errandsProvide general support for artist activities including release rollouts, show announcements, and social media Operational SupportMaintain artist records and internal tools such as Master Tour, Notion, Google Drive, and shared calendarsTrack and follow up on team projects and tasksKeep internal databases organized and up to dateEnsure clear communication and consistent documentation across platformsMaintain office supplies and assist with general administrative needsSupport additional operations and cross-team projects as requestedPhysical Requirements/Work Environment Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
