THE ROLEThe Manager, Financial Reporting, is responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of the company’s partner financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. The role will also support technical-related accounting, including purchase accounting, integration of new entities into the company's financial reporting processes, and implementation of new and evolving accounting standards.The ideal candidate combines strong accounting knowledge with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOFinancial Reporting & CloseEnsure the accurate integration of accounting data for accounting upload companiesPrepare adjusting journal entries as needed for accounting upload companiesPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.Ensure financial statements and supporting schedules are accurate, complete, and prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Prepare journal entries, accruals, and other close-related activities.Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are appropriately supported, reconciling items are identified and resolved timely, and balances are accurate and completeReview financial results and investigate significant or unusual period-over-period variances.Reconciliation and settlement of intercompany accounts.Prepare partner distribution schedules, with consideration of accounting, tax, legal, and policy considerations.Identify and resolve accounting and reporting issues in a timely manner.
