Job Summary:THE JOBWe are currently looking for an Onsite Marketing Representative for The Meadows in Hartford, CT as well as assist with Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT when needed. This person, under the guidance of Onsite Marketing Team leadership and the General Manager, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation’s onsite marketing efforts. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOEscort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each showCreate and post lively real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories)Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing TeamsMonitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional mannerStay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practicesWork with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being capturedCollaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offeringsEnsure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurateAssist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General ManagerWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGBachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredProven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferredCreative, and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve independentlyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentLive Nation Entertainment will never request payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process.
