See to trash and recycling organization and pick up.Essential Functions: Purchase, receive, secure, and inventory goods as directedCheck in deliveries against PO and invoiceSecure all liquor, wine, and consumablesFollow approval process for goods ordered as necessaryRotated to ensure freshness of productProperly secure all product receivedInput invoices and liquor transfers as requiredInventory liquor and/or other controls as applicableMaintain and organize all storerooms throughout venueUnderstand and uphold all standards relating to product freshness, storage, and rotation of perishable goodsFulfillment of band riders as directedWill include procuring goods from local retail storesManage service pickup/delivery of linen and recyclablesMust be able to use a scale to weight productCheck all incoming items for standard or excellent qualityCredits are logged and documented and on the Tracking ListSeafood items are to be labeled in drain pans and covered in iceContact service agencies as requiredAdhere to company product specificationsFollow purchase order systemStorage, Trash, and Recycling AreasMaintain clean and organized back dock/receiving areasEmploy and oversee proper lifting techniques and safety procedures as they relate to receiving and storing productJob Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years previous experience purchasing/receiving experienceMust be able to lift 50 lbs waist high and with the aid of hand truckHigh School diplomaPreferred:College DegreePhysical Demands/Working Environment:Lifting of up to 50lbsFrequent requirements to bend, stoop, lift and move heavy objectsThis job description is a summary of duties that you as a potential Team Member are expected to perform in this position.
