Create and maintain a positive and uplifting experience for diverse groups of individuals.What You’ll Need:Required: High school diploma or equivalent experienceAbility to work late hours, flexible scheduleGood working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement proceduresRead, write, and speak English fluentlyTolerance of all cultures, music, and art formsPass a mandatory background checkAbility to work as part of a TEAMPreferred: 3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environmentExperience in a live music environmentExperience in a security roleExperience using metal detection equipmentPhysical Demands/Working Environment: Working environment is fast paced, often loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoorsMust be able to lift or move 25 lbs.+ using proper lifting techniques What You’ll Do:Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibilityPrevent and resolve altercations among guestsLead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and aidMaintain control by circulating through your work area throughout the shiftCheck identification of any guest who appears to be under 30 years of age who is drinking alcoholic beverages inside the venueEnsure that no weapons or harmful items enter the venue by inspecting every guest with a metal detector or pat-down searchEnforce venue policy regarding photos/videos/recording devicesSafeguard against theft and property damageWrite reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.Communicate clearly using radios, hand signals and flashlights.
