This is a seasonal, hourly position that works concert days only. The job begins in March with training, and the concert season will conclude in October.Ancillary Crew Members play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by supporting all ancillary sales and operations at the venue. This includes assisting with products and services such as lawn chair rentals, Fast Lane, VIP Clubs, parking upgrades, and other guest amenities. Crew members ensure guests have a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience from the moment they arrive until the end of the event. This position takes place in an outdoor live entertainment setting, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
